Electronic tables of arrivals and departures of domestic and international buses have been installed on the ground and first floors. Free wi-fi is available throughout the facility under the name “Zaloguj w Katowicach”.
The facility is covered by a 24-hour monitoring system, the controller of personal data is the Mayor of Katowice, ul. Młyńska 4 40-098 Katowice and Miejski Zarząd Ulic i Mostów, ul. Kantorówny 2A 40- 381 Katowice. In addition, there is 24-hour physical security in the building.
On the ground floor of the building there are:
- defibrillator;
- a multi-branch kiosk with public transport tickets, newspapers, tobacco products, drinks and foodstuffs and souvenirs, open from 5:00am to 11:00pm;
- the carriers’ ticket office, open from 5:00am to 11:00pm, also available at: www.kasakatowice.pl;
- vending machine with snacks, hot and cold drinks;
- toilets;
- a baby changing station;
- 56 luggage lockers in three sizes. The lockers are provided against a refundable deposit. Please prepare 5 zloty in advance;
- a travel area equipped with seating;
- sockets, including USB.
On the first floor there are:
- food point – BISTRO – open from 5:00am to 11:00pm;
- toilets;
- a baby changing station;
- an area for travellers with seating and resting places;
- sockets, including USB;
- TV.
