A free bus, without numbers, runs from the railway station to the bus station. The display shows the direction of travel (“Katowice Dworzec” or “Katowice Sądowa”) and the message “Przejazd bezpłatny Miasta Katowice”. These buses run from stand 10 at the underground bus station and from stand 1 and 2 at the bus station.

The route to the airport is operated by bus line AP2: Katowice Sądowa – Katowice Dworzec – Katowice Sokolska – Katowice Strefa Kultury – Sosnowiec Dworzec PKP – Będzin Stadion – Pyrzowice Port Lotniczy.

The ticket office is open every day from 5:00 to 23:00.0.

The facility is open 24 hours a day.

Kiss&Ride parking spaces at ul. Goeppert-Mayer are for a short (up to 3 minutes) free stop.

However, the parking lot at the station is not free of charge. The first hour of parking costs PLN 2, each subsequent hour – PLN 10. Payment can be made at parking meters using cash or a bank payment card.

Luggage storage is free of charge.

You can leave your luggage, both smaller and large bags and suitcases, in the self-service lockers. To use the locker you need a 5 zloty coin which you insert into the locker closing mechanism. The coin is automatically refunded when you open the locker.
